Goodbye, Guinness!
Even though this show is all about records, it won’t break any for longevity.
Colors’ Guinness World Records — Ab Todega India generated a lot of hype for its talented, record-breaking contestants and for Bollywood star Preity Zinta who made her debut as a host on television.
But the curtain is set to fall as the show reaches its finale.
The finale is slated to be aired on May 7 and sending the fans into raptures with his pumped-up star presence will be none other than Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who will be promoting his upcoming movie Ready.
Guinness World Records will be replaced by Khatron Ke Khiladi — Torchaar, for which the contestants will head to Cape Town soon. From records to torchaar should be quite a switch!

Preity bani gangster
Her numerous appearances in the sports section of every newspaper, thanks to IPL and a recent television show have finally paid off. Preity Zinta will finally get to be on the silver screen with Tigmanshu Dhulia's next.
The film, which is tentatively titled Jai Ramji, will feature Preity in a never-seen-before role. Guess what, she will be playing the role of a gangster!
Director Tigmanshu Dhulia who shot to fame with the 2003 hit Haasil, confirmed, saying, "Preity Zinta liked the script and has agreed to work in the film.
However, I have not yet formally signed her, as she is busy with IPL and is not in Mumbai. The formalities should be completed once she is back in the city."
Talking about the film, Dhulia says, "It is a gangster movie, set in eastern UP. Preity will be a part of the gang. The rest of the cast includes, Arjun Rampal, Irrfan Khan and Randeep Hooda.

The film is going on floors in July and should be complete by December-January.
And we hope to release the film soon after that". Dhulia himself has written the film and will be co-producing it with Panchali Chakraborty.
Considering her daredevil avatar in the recent TV series, it will be really interesting to see the dimpled actress leave behind the lovey-dovey self and step into the shoes of an unconventional character.

Preity Zinta, Priyanka Chopra in Deol Packed Masters
Preity Zinta is expected to feature next in Masters, headlining Dharmendra, Sunny Deol&Bobby Deol
In a recent interview, Preity had mentioned that she will soon start work on two Bollywood films.
According to the Mumbai Mirror, Zinta and Priyanka Chopra are expected to play headlining roles in the big budget 3D action thriller to be directed by Anil Sharma with a team of top notch Hollywood action directors.
As if the three Deols weren't enough of a wallop to pack in a single film, Sharma is also considering Abhay Deol for a lead role.
If Sharma succeeds in roping in Sunny and Bobby's cousin, it will be a first as Abhay didn't feature in Apne (2007) or Yamala Pagla Deewana (2010), the earlier films that cast Dharmendra with his two sons - Sunny and Bobby.
Masters was first announced in early 2008, following the box office success of Apne, but the project didn't take off and the Deol trio went on to make Yamla Pagla Deewana.
Masters will be reportedly shot on location in Las Vegas.

Tusshar Says Sorry To Preity
Preity Zinta is furious with Tusshar Kapoor for his statement on Karan Johar’s TV show. In a still-to-be-aired episode, the host asked his guest ‘who comes to mind when I say the following things.’
One of the prompts was botox/cosmetic surgery, to which Tusshar repled: Preity Zinta. When this bit of news reached the actress, she was livid. She called Karan to complain and requested him to delete the offending question.
A source close to her says, “Preity doesn’t talk rubbish about anyone. She sees no reason why Tusshar, who she hasn’t even worked with, should take off on her without provocation.” Not one to take an insult lying down, PZ called Tusshar to fire him and demanded an apology. He told her that he regretted making the statement.
Tusshar confirms, “Preity called me. She was upset and I cleared my stand.” He clarifies why he made the comment on the show. “Everyone knows that Karan’s rapid fire round is just for laughs. You don’t even have the time to think when Karan puts you in the dock. Recently, I saw Preity’s picture in a magazine and she was looking stunning having lost a lot of weight. So, when Karan asked, Preity’s name just came out at the spur of the moment. There’s nothing more to it.” he says.
He continues, “I’ve loved Preity since Soldier. I didn’t mean to hurt her and I’m feeling bad that my comment turned into such an ugly controversy. I’m glad that we spoke and sorted it out rather than letting it snowball into something worse. I don’t even know what botox actually is, and why will I say something like this about someone who I truly respect.” When asked if the said question had been deleted, he said, “I don’t know. Maybe some of what I said might have been edited out,” the Golmaal actor concludes.
